  • Event is free, with an option to RSVP with donation or selecting a VIP RSVP.

  • A fun time! We are so grateful so many people come out to this festival. That being said, anticipate traffic and crowds. Please be kind to our volunteers, vendors, and other attendees.

  • You’ll receive a goody bag, including items from our vendors, available to pick up the week before the festival. You’ll receive access to the performance tents - located in the front of the performance area. You will also have a photo opportunity with the performers.

  • We advise carpooling or using a ride share as this is a beloved, well-attended festival! There is free parking in the development as well as street parking in surrounding neighborhoods - please be mindful of driveways and parking signs and do not park at other businesses.

  • Past years have seen the largest crowds from 11am-2pm. While not guaranteed, the second half of the festival may be more suitable if you wish to miss the crowd.

  • We welcome everyone of all ages! It may be challenging navigating the crowd with a stroller, and we advise keeping an extra eye on little ones as there's a lot of fun and distractions! We have several complimentary activations that are family-friendly throughout the festival.

  • You are able to make a donation via the Donation RSVP!

  • We have a line up of local food and beverage vendors in our food alley section in the festival! These are incredible small businesses we are excited to introduce you to if you don't already know and love them.

  • You can find bathrooms located inside Building 1.

  • Find one of our volunteers or locate one of our two info stations! We are happy to assist to the best of our abilities!
